  • q-iconHow do I register for a Live Webinar that I would like to attend?

    Platinum and Premium Members will be registered for all Live Webinars automatically. You will receive your invitation and login details to the Live Webinar via email.
    FREE Members receive access to selected Live Webinars throughout the year. (For FREE). You will be able to register for these via the website.
    If the Live Webinar that you would like to attend is not a FREE Webinar, you may purchase individual access to one of your choice. Choose your Live Webinar and click on the button to make payment. Once payment has been made you will be taken to a registration page to sign up.

    Only Platinum members have access to the Members Forum. If you are a Platinum Member, click here to join the Facebook Members Forum

  • q-iconI am having problems logging in

    Have you forgotten your password or username? You can check your email history from – when you signed up we sent you your username and password. Or you can click here to email us and we will resend it to you.

  • q-iconCan I share my login details with someone else?

    You will be able to login in with a certain amount of IP addresses. If you exceed this, you will be blocked from the website. Sharing your login details is against our terms of service.

  • q-iconIf i become a member how do the payments work?

    Payments are on a monthly direct debit and will be paid via Paypal. Paypal is a secure online payment platform.

  • q-iconHow do I cancel my membership?

    You may cancel your membership at any time and you will still receive your members benefits for 30 days after your last payment date.
